When Orange Care was first introduced in 2017, it was designed to complement the wildly popular VIP Support Plans but provide more cost certainty for our subscribers. The plan was simple - Orange Care subscribers got 30-minutes of support time per day, per user for $10/month (billed annually), and initial Act! deployments or upgrades were always completed without time restrictions.
Is it any surprise in the past three years, Orange Care usage has doubled that of VIP with an annual renewal rate of 87%, with almost 23% of our eligible customers subscribing to Orange Care. Last year we also introduced our online support plan renewal system that allowed subscribers to save 10% with their on-time renewals.
THE TWO MAJOR CHANGES TO ORANGE CARE
As we entered 2021, we once again reviewed how we could provide greater value for our customers, while still delivering the unparalleled support our customers have come to expect. Our decision was simple – provide more value to more people. Here are the changes:
