Onboarding Form
The following information is needed to get your Act! database onboarded to Act! Premium Cloud.
Upon completion of the form below, you will be presented with the option to "Upload" your database if required. Note, if you currently have a database hosted with Keystroke, you do not need to upload a backup as we will do this for you. If you are self-hosted, please use the Act! database backup feature to ZIP and upload via File\Backup\Database from the menu bar.
