- Select the contact(s): Use the search tool to find contacts from your database by contact, company, or email domain.
- Select users: Choose team members for task assignments. Linktivity creates a user group in Act! for task assignments, allowing users to update their progress.
- Organize the project in Act!: Link2projects creates an Opportunity in Act! where all tasks, participants, and contacts are organized. Progress is tracked under the Opportunity, with comments and task updates recorded as notes and histories in Act!.
- Task updates: Assignees can log in without a Link2projects license to update tasks, provide comments, and mark tasks as complete.
- Project tracking: Project organizers can monitor team progress, add phases and tasks as needed, and use various project themes for better organization. They can also import from past projects or templates.
- Accountability: Share the project with contacts through an online link for progress reviews. Other Act! users can check the linked Opportunity for progress reports and see the project activity history and completion percentage.
- Project management tools: Link2projects offers PM tools such as Gantt charts, goals, obstacles, reporting, and dashboards for Agile & Waterfall, all tailored for Act! users.
