Release Notes: APC 25_15
We’re pleased to share details of our APC 25_15 release, which was rolled out on August 27, 2025.
Enhancements
- History List - Users can now select multiple rows by means of the checkboxes in the grid, and perform bulk actions such as delete and create lookup.
- History List - The privacy of a history record is now displayed as an icon in the Record Manager column.
- Quick Lookup - Common fields are now sorted to the top of the dropdown menu for ease of access.
- Updates to Subject Line Picklist Manager make it easier to keep your activity titles organized and relevant. You’ll now have the flexibility to add, remove, and manage subject line options for meeting titles—helping reduce clutter and streamline scheduling.

Updates to Projects:
- share links for contacts which allows Project users to share the details and progress of a project with the contact in real time
- in addition to the existing security controls for the share links, namely the ability to view, clear, and make comments, users can now hide comments from the contacts.
- support for multi-currency in the costs section
- added the ability to expand or collapse all tasks.
- Added support for individual options to allow/disallow contact access to each goal, obstacle, comment, or attachment page.
