🔍 List Lookup

Looking up dozens of contacts one by one? Never again.

With List Lookup, you can paste a list of emails, phone numbers, IDs, any field you like, and Act! will instantly pull up all the matching records.

It’s perfect for bounce list cleanup, campaign segments, or even reverse lookups. You can also flip the logic and find everyone not on your list, giving you easy access to clean data groups or untouched contacts.

📝 Append to Field

Ever wanted to update a field without erasing what’s already there?

Append to Field does exactly that. Instead of replacing existing values, this utility adds your new entry — like “Customer” — to the field, preserving what was already there (e.g. “Lead” or “Newsletter Subscriber”).

It’s ideal for stacking values, tagging contacts, or adding new labels mid-campaign — and ensures no data gets lost in the shuffle.


🔄 Oppdater (Opportunities Updater)

Updating Opportunities one at a time is old news.

Oppdater lets you change the Status, Process, and Stage of all Opportunities in your lookup at once.

Switch deals from “Open” to “Closed-Won,” move a batch to a new sales process, or advance every stalled Opportunity to the next pipeline stage, all with just a few clicks.

A must-have for anyone managing sales pipelines in volume.


 

Primary Contact Plus

Keeping Company and Contact data in sync has always been tricky, until now.

Primary Contact Plus lets you:

  • Assign a “Primary Contact” for each company
  • Push their info into the Company table
  • Automatically update all linked contacts with consistent data
  • Aggregate custom table data across all contacts into one primary contact

It keeps your records clean, accurate, and synchronized, and prevents outdated company info from overwriting up-to-date contact details.


📨 Mail Merge

A unified, modern mail merge experience is on the way, designed to work consistently across both Act! Premium Cloud and Desktop.

You’ll be able to merge to Word or Email using the same file formats, logic, and templates, with fewer headaches and better results.

🧠 SQL 2022 Compatibility

Act! Premium v27 is fully compatible with Microsoft SQL 2022, giving you the latest in database speed, reliability, and long-term support.

Act! Sidebar for Outlook Enhancements

This update brings several bug fixes to the Act! Outlook Sidebar, increasing stability and improving user experience.

Key Fixes:

  • MTA - Side bar does not display date field data
  • MTA - Edit and Create Outlook setting is freezing Outlook
  • Preferences_cached.xml - not updating from Outlook after initial setup.
  • Sidebar opportunities always open with USD, not an alternative default currency
  • The "View History" popup does not appear in DE and FR locales
  • Sync button present in Outlook plugin for Nylas Users.
  • The "Act. Close Date" field appears blank in the "Opportunity Details" popup

Assorted Act! V27 bug fixes:

  • Premium(Web) extracts to a folder labelled 'actcloud_250100x3770'
  • APFW - V27 - Unable to log into APFW
  • Emails not recording to users history
  • TS - Database Auth call between v24 - v25 changed the method in which it tried to get a token
  • Installing APFW on Windows 11 and Server 2025 sometimes prompts the user to reboot indefinitely.
  • SQL server upgrade from 2014 to 2022 - Update the message for the user to reflect the current Windows version(v27)
  • EOL Node.js 16.4.0 is still included in Act! v26 installation package
  • Preferences_cached.xml - not updating from outlook after initial setup.
  • UX - Program Stability with high number of contacts in groups
  • Security - Attachments - Users are able to Upload risky files
