At Keystroke, we believe in giving back to the communities we serve. This December, we are proud to support two leading organizations in the fight against hunger: The Canadian National Food Bank and Second Harvest. Together, these efforts will provide a total of 50,000 meals to Canadians suffering food insecurity.
Supporting the Canadian National Food Bank
Fast Facts from the Food Bank:
- 2.2 million visits to Canada's food banks in one month, doubling since 2019
- 700,000 food bank visits each month are from children, up by over 300,000 since 2019
- Nearly 1-in-5 food bank clients are employed, compared to 1-in-10 in 2019
The Canadian National Food Bank provides two meals for every dollar donated. To help them continue their vital work, Keystroke is contributing $5,000, which will distribute 10,000 meals this month. Thanks to the generosity of another corporate sponsor, this donation will be matched, doubling the impact to 20,000 meals.
