On December 19th we hosted the 3rd Annual Keystroke Virtual Christmas Party, and while it was fun, we certainly hope this is the last year we're apart. From a staffing perspective, 2022 certainly was a year of change as we saw the departure of team members like James Young, Erik Smetana, Courtney Pelletier, Billy Clark, and Lilly, as well as the arrival of Shannon Hawthorne, Naga, Albert, and Karthic.

For those that remain, the KOPA's (the Keystroke Orange Peel Awards) are awarded to seven team members that have distinguished themselves in their respective departments with their superlative efforts. For the most part, this year's winners were selected by the team in a secret ballot. And while there are more worthy recipients than there are trophies, the following represent the 2022 roster of KOPA Winners:

• Top Developer: Fajar Chandra – with the relaunch of all the Linktivity products, and the introduction of Link2quotes, Fajar finished on top of a very strong field.
• Top Admin: James Paulus - our longest-suffering employee has worked for Keystroke for 28 years, and is the glue that holds together the subscription side of our business, which is far and away the most lucrative for us.
• Top Salesperson: For the last three years our former sales manager, James Young won this award. With his departure, Victor Krahn emerged as the winner this year.
• Eager Beaver: When last we gave out this award, Shannon Hawthorne was not an employee, but in the 10 months she's been here, she's made a strong impression as one of the kindest, most helpful people on the team. 
• Top Support: Greg Davis won this award the last two years, but this year's winner was voted to be Antony Ajay. Antony worked for Act! for 16 years before joining us, and is a central part of our team.
• Top KPP: This is both a subjective and objective award, as it doesn't always go to the KPP with the highest earnings. Last year it went to Tony for being most improved and jumping up a tier, but this year goes back to our top revenue producers, Steve and Jean McCandlish
• MVP: This award was created to recognize the person whose total contribution to the company surpassed all others. While we have many other above-and-beyond contributors, this award represents the one person that influenced the company’s success more than any other in the past 12-months. And that person is his Lubness, Michael Kadlub, our support manager.

Each of the Award Winners will receive a $500 bonus and their KOPA trophy shipped to them.
