Keystroke is delighted to announce the news of three new experienced Act! professionals joining our team. These latest additions bring our staff totals to thirty-three full-time employees across three countries, and make us far & away the strongest Act! sales, support, and development team in the world.
Situated in Salem, Oregon, our three new team members are as follows:
Joining us as an experienced Act! Certified Consultant who also worked at Sage in technical support, Greg Ferber has been programming since age 5. He is now recognized as one of the top programmers working with Act! Greg has been very busy with projects for customers, assisting other Act! Consultants, as well as helping with our own branded suite of Act! Add-On products.
Greg will join our CTO Ahsan Khalid to form the strongest developer duos in the industry, and help continue to expand our product line, and the range of SQL services we already provide.
With over a dozen years of sales and customer service experience, Jason Murphy brings to the table a wealth of knowledge in making the customer experience at Keystroke top notch. He is number one when it comes to making sure that you get the right product or service the first time. He also is fun to talk to, so you enjoy spending your money with him.
Jason will enjoy working with a team of sales people, as previously he'd been the sole sales guy at his previous job. Joining a team of six sales people will allow him to share his industry knowledge, and participate in deploying many of the solutions he sells.
Erik provides technical support for with Act! and Act! hosting related issues, and has always been well liked by customers for his happy, helpful, and responsive disposition. Erik is also especially adept at helping with our Act! add-ons, and he'll be chiefly responsible for handling west coast support.
Erik has made it clear he wishes to continue expanding his skill set in this industry, and we look forward to him growing with us.
One of the unmentioned advantages of adding a team of experts from Oregon, is it shores up our west coast sales & support coverage. Previously the bulk of our team was on the east coast, which presented challenges in serving our west coast clients, or the east coast clients that needed after hour service. With our newly expanded team, both these issues are addressed, and with uncompromising quality.
