As part of that commitment, we are excited to announce a series of important updates to our Keystroke Koncierge program—enhancements designed to deliver the best possible onboarding and trial experience for both new and returning customers.
These changes ensure that trial users receive meaningful support where it matters most, while keeping the process streamlined, predictable, and focused on long-term success.
What’s New: Expanded Free Pre‑Sales Support
To help customers begin their journey with Act! on the right foot, we are now including an expanded suite of pre‑sales services as part of the Keystroke Koncierge trial experience:
Database Preparation in the Cloud
We will assist trial users with getting their data into a clean, ready-to-use Act! database, including:
- Importing a spreadsheet into a blank database
- Moving an existing database into the cloud environment
- Enabling SSO (Single Sign-On)
- Enabling MFA (Multi‑Factor Authentication)
Customization Support
To help new users experience Act! in a way that aligns with their needs, we will provide:
- Creation of one custom table with up to five custom fields
- Addition of up to five custom fields in the Contact table
- Layout modifications to accommodate these new fields
Guided Walk‑Through of Key Platform Features
Our team will provide brief, high‑level guidance so users can explore Act! with confidence:
- General tour of the platform (10 minutes maximum)
- Assistance with personal calendar setup (group calendars excluded)
- Support with webform setup (excluding website integration)
- Overview of AMA, Surveys, Event Management, Project Management, and List Verification (no configuration)
- Quotes module: import of product database
Mobile Client Setup
We will help trial users connect and test the Act! mobile experience.
Access to the Training Video Archive
Users will be shown how to access the extensive Act! training Videos Archive, enabling them to continue learning at their own pace.
What’s Not Included in the Trial Experience
To maintain efficiency, consistency, and fairness for all prospective customers, the following items are excluded from Keystroke Koncierge trial support:
- Desktop application setup
- Remote desktop assistance
- Outlook integration
- Advanced configuration of features
- Email setup
- Template design (Quotes, AMA, Surveys, Events, Forms, etc.)
- Any Zapier integration or automation setup
Why These Changes Matter
These updates ensure that every customer receives a structured, value-packed trial experience—one that showcases Act!’s capabilities while keeping onboarding simple and successful. By focusing on the fundamentals and removing barriers to getting started, we’re helping users evaluate Act! in a realistic, optimized environment.
These enhancements are not intended to provide a fully tailored and complete business solution, as that is a more suitable objective after the trial experience and would require a support plan in place.
