Release Notes: APC 26_02
Originally scheduled for January 29, 2026, this release was delayed to February 5th.We’re pleased to share details of our APC 26_2 release, scheduled to launch January 29, 2026. This release modernizes the Companies and Groups lists to match the Contacts list experience. Users can now sort columns, customize layouts, adjust pagination, and select records more easily, creating a more consistent and intuitive list management experience across Act! Cloud.

Companies and Groups List Enhancements
This update continues our focus on creating a more consistent and intuitive list experience across Act! Cloud. The Companies and Groups lists have been modernized to match the familiar Contacts list, making it easier to view, organize, and manage records. You can now sort, customize, and select records more efficiently using the same controls available in other core lists, reducing friction and improving everyday workflows.

- Updated the Companies and Groups lists to match the Contacts list experience.
- Improved sorting, record selection, pagination, and customizable layouts for easier list management.
- Added enhanced column and record controls to help customers work more efficiently with larger lists.
- Created a more consistent list management experience across Act! for Companies, Groups, and Contacts.
Introduction of the Notification Center
(Coming soon) February 4, 2026
Customers will soon see a new Notification Center in Act! where existing alarms are now delivered. Alarms are being moved from separate pop-up notifications into a centralized, in-app Notification Center, making reminders easier to find, manage, and act on during normal workflows. Notifications will be accessed from a new bell icon in the top navigation, bringing reminders and in-product updates into one consistent location inside Act!.
