Over the last 7-weeks, many of our customers have been contacting us to discuss how we can help their business stay in touch while working from home. Here are some tips to help you get the most out of Act! when you or your team need to work remotely.

  • As an active subscriber using Act! on your desktop or laptop, there is a feature available that enables you to sync with a remote Act! database - which could be shared with all Act! users - either over the internet or a network (including VPN). Obviously Cloud users can continue to access their data as they always have, but to learn more about the comparative features and benefits of Cloud and On-premise Act!, please click HERE.   • Download here: All past & current versions of Act! are available for download HERE, including 30-day trial versions.
  • Another option for active subscribers is to use the Handheld Contact API mobile app, enabling you to stay connected to key Act! details from your IOS or Android mobile devices. Unlike other mobile solutions, Handheld Contact API data resides on your mobile device for fast access, and updates are instant. Handheld Contact API is also the only mobile solution optimized for both phone & tablet.
  • Marketing Automation: If you're working from home and looking to stay connected to your customers & prospects, use Act! Marketing Automation. Current Growth Suite subscribers get this powerful marketing service at no extra charge, and Act! Premium subscribers are eligible to add it to their account for as little as $79/month (billed annually)
  • If you don’t currently have an active subscription of Act!, there are still options available to enable you to either work from home or access your Act! data on our hosted/cloud environment. To discuss how we can help, please call 833-ACT-BOLD, or review our online options HERE.
