New AI roadmap landing page!: Act! has also published a new landing page on Act.com, outlining our AI roadmap to the end of the year. The page sets out how AI is a built-in CRM tool for small businesses, included in the Act! Advantage plans. It offers an AI writing assistant and history summaries now, with task automation, contact enrichment, and voice ingestion coming in 2026.
