Release Notes: APC 25_19
We’re pleased to share details of our APC 25_19 release, which was rolled out on October 21st, 2025.
Enhancements
User Experience Improvement
- Added warning for potential long loading times when user filters the History List for All Dates.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where clicking into a date field would show the wrong date format.
- Fixed an issue where other users' private activities would not show up unless you were looking at an All User calendar.
- Fixed an issue where yearly recurring activity creation defaults to the wrong month.
- Fixed inconsistent behavior for multi-select on new list views.
- Fixed an issue where the sort arrows on the Task List were not displaying properly after navigating away from the list and back.
- Fixed an issue where the task list sort order was not retained after clearing an activity.
- Fixed an issue where the end date was displayed incorrectly on the Task List.

UI Defects – Contact Grid & Task List Sorting: Separate from the updates above, we addressed two additional defects last Friday:
- SKY- 4638: Contact Grid – Phone fields not displaying in List View
- SKY- 4640: Sort order is not retained after navigating between sections (Contacts / Opps)
A hotfix was deployed late on October 16th, so these issues are expected to be resolved when users log in the next morning.
Act! Premium v27 Download
Download File Change
We want to inform you that the download files for Act! Premium v27 has been updated. The previous build v27.0.125.0 has been replaced with v27.0.124.0. Please note that the new version is a lower build number, but it is now the official production release.
Important: Customers currently using v27.0.125.0 will not be able to install future service packs or updates. We recommend transitioning to the official build to ensure continued update compatibility.
