Good news – v16.3 Update is now available for International English (French and German availability is anticipated within 2 weeks). This update includes the much anticipated fix for the Google Integration defect. Details of the update can be found in KB #36573 (Service Packs for Act! v16), and additional notes for the Google Integration fix can be found in KB #38005.
