Questions about what is included in the Keystroke Koncierge Program
It’s a cliché for companies to say they’re committed to customer service, when most don’t invest in the staff to deliver it. That form of lip service is unworthy of the faith our customers have placed in us, which is why we've added a dedicated Customer Care Manager to our team, whose chief responsibility is to welcome new customers with the information they need to start using Act! properly, and ensuring they get access to the quick-start support they need.
This initiative is part of the Keystroke “Koncierge” Program. Yes, we're having a bit of fun with the alliteration, but the commitment is sincere, and is comprised of five main components.
The Koncierge Program - Steps to Success
The first part of the Keystroke Koncierge Program is the welcome. Each new Act! customer is guided through a 12-step process to implement Act! into their business, and ensure they’re aware of the many resources available to them.
This person will be helping explain support resources, download links, hosting information, mobility options, add-on sites, and account information, as well as being that vital first point of contact, so you can focus on making the most of your new CRM investment.
The second part of the Keystroke Koncierge Program is the free 30-minute CRM assessment with all orders of 5-seats or more, a $100 value, which provides 30-minutes of level #3 database and goal review to ensure you're business is pointed in the right direction.
This consultation can include recommendations on automation, mobility, time-saving addons you might not have otherwise known about, or simple customization that gets you where you want to go faster.
The “Keystroke Welcome Kit” is available exclusively to our customers, and is comprised of some useful Actcessories that we’ve developed to improve the efficiency and enjoyment of using Act! Available in a single, easy-to-use installer.
These plugins include the following:
- Koncatenator; SQL Manager; MultiSearch; Layout Switcher; Activity Re-assigner; OppHistory4Act!; Oppdater; Append to Field; Free Email Application; User Activity Deleter; and our Keystroke Support Plugin
Receive no less than three follow-up calls during the first year of subscription to ensure you have everything you need. As part of our post-purchase workflow automation, these are automatically scheduled when your new Act! Premium or Premium Cloud Subscription account is created.
Receive up to six emails in the first year explaining all the resources available to you to get the most from your Act! Subscription. This information can include free training and support resources, valuable information on relevant Actcessories, Emarketing benefits of subscription, Support plan options, and product features you may not be aware of.
