Release Notes: APC 26_10
Launch May 21st, 2026 (early morning local time)
The 26_10 update provides both improvements and a renewed focus on the AI History Summary feature introduced in December 2025. This is an incredibly powerful tool that can provide real actionable insights on any of your Contact records, and we wanted to make sure all of our customers had full awareness of the feature.
When you next log into Act! Cloud, you will see the feature promoted front and center, and we have significantly improved how this works. The summary is now split up into three easily manageable section, an Overview giving you a one line summary of your relationship with the contact; Key Moments, outlining the most important interactions with the contact, and the Next Steps that gives you useful, realistic advice on how to progress in your dealings with that contact.
AI History Summary
When you first visit a Contact record, you will notice that a Be ready for your next conversation drawer is showing, prompting customers who may not be aware of the feature to give it a try.
You can use this new notification to run a History Summary, or you can access it through the History tab as previously. Your generated summary will now look similar to this:
Notice the three separate sections with clear, actionable information provided.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where duplicating contacts was not working correctly.
- Fixed an issue where some Activities could show on the calendars of other users.
- Fixed an issue where Sequential fields in Custom Tables were not saving as sequential
