"Orange Care" - Annual Support
Costs are simple, Coverage and Inclusions are Extensive
Orange Care details are as follows
- 12 months of unlimited Level 1&2 phone and email support (up to 30 minutes per subscriber/per day). Support is defined as help with troubleshooting error messages occurring with installation, upgrades, application configuration, basic usability and basic functionality.
- Unlike with Swiftpage Support, OrangeCare includes setup and support of Actcessories, as well, ensuring your entire Act! eco-system is covered
- Orange Care includes Level 1 & 2 Technical Support
- OrangeCare is exclusive of Level 3 support, training, development, customization or business consulting. Level 3 support for more complex questions, repairs, set up or troubleshooting issues may require additional charges. Service beyond the daily allotment will require a VIP Plan in place, from which the additional time would be deducted.
- Act! Pro & offplan Premium users are only eligible for Orange Care purchases of four or more seats.
Keystroke's "OrangeCare Plus"
Orange Care Plus includes all the benefits of our normal Orange Care plans, PLUS one-hour of VIP per user/year to allow customers to get customization, consulting, and project work completed through the course of their OC+ contract year.
Terms & Conditions
- OrangeCare Plus available exclusively to Act! customers who purchased through Keystroke.ca.
- The free software listed above are only valid during term of OrangeCare
- Quantity of OrangeCare must match Act! subscription or perpetual license quantity. Additions to Act! subscription total will require prorated purchase of OrangeCare.
