The Keystroke VIP Club Plus is an annual membership that was inspired by new Act! customers needing some "kick start" help with their deployment or upgrade.  The premise is simple, and one that will provide customers cost savings, peace of mind, accelerated productivity, and get their Act! deployment started quickly, efficiently, and securely.

• VIP Plans include 2-8 hours of advanced Act! support covering installation, general troubleshooting, consulting, database customizations, importing/exporting, and smaller projects, as well as support for select third-party add-ons.

Benefits of Membership

All VIP plans include the following benefits and "on-time" renewal options:

• A 10% discount for on-time renewals by entering coupon code "on-time" at checkout (without quotes)
• Any unused time from the previous year's VIP contract will be carried over to the new year with on-time renewal
• Diamond VIP customers can purchase a regular VIP plan prior to their Diamond renewal and their unused time will be carried over to the new VIP as Level 2 support time.
