The recent Act! security announcement has left many people scrambling to patch or upgrade their Act! installations to supported versions, and for many this has meant being forced to upgrade their TopSuite addons long before they intended.
We want to support our addon customers during this time, as well as those of our resellers, so we’re making the following changes to help reduce the impact of these recent events.
Effective immediately,

1. Keystroke Designer v7 and Keystroke Dash v10 are now backward compatible to Act! v22. Alerts v4 was always backward compatible.
2. All customers who purchased Designer v6 or Dash v9 from November 1st, 2021 to the present can trade-in these versions for a free upgrade to the newer versions of each (please note the prior license will be disabled).
3. No further updates or fixes will be made to the prior versions, as these will become unsupported moving forward
4. Proof of purchase must be submitted with this redemption, and this offer will only be valid through the end of May 2022. No refunds will be provided to those who upgraded to these later versions prior to the security announcement of April 19th, 2022.

If you purchased your Designer or Dash versions prior to November 2021, we still have some good news for you. For the month of May, we're offering everyone a 25% discount on the latest version of each TopSuite product (resellers excluded). 

It is important to us that the Act! user's experience be both fruitful and safe, so we want to support everyone taking the necessary steps to upgrade or patch their Act! installations to the latest secure and supported versions.
