Purchase Conditions

All Keystroke add-ons include digital support only (email, chat, or KB). If you require setup assistance, please select that option at time of purchase, or purchase Setup Assistance afterwards. Keystroke customers with Orange Care have setup assistance included with their active support plan.

Offline Product Activations
Customers requiring assistance with "offline product activations" must call between 9AM-5PM Monday to Friday. After-hours email support is available if the license key and machine code are emailed to kqc@keystroke.ca.

Upgrade Assurance
Please confirm version compatibility of any Act! add-on prior to purchase. If you upgrade your Act! within 90-days of purchasing a perpetual licensed Keystroke add-on, and that add-on is not compatible with the new version of Act!, we will replace the licensing with a compatible version (if available) at no cost. Please note that the old add-on license will be disabled when a new one is provided. 

Please review Keystroke's REFUND POLICY and TERMS & CONDITIONS before purchasing. License fulfillment for Keystroke products is emailed immediately after purchase. Please email service@kqc.ca if you experience any delays in delivery.

Methods of Payment
For your convenience, our online checkout offers PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX as forms of payment, with USD as the default currency. Canadians are able to select CAD, and that day's foreign exchange will be applied to the currency conversion.  

Setup Assistance for Add-ons:
  • Setup assistance can be purchased with almost all our Act! and Add-on products, and this option includes the initial installation, activation, and basic configurations of the program
  • Setup assistance does NOT include customization or personalization of the program, nor does it include training in its use.
  • Keystroke is NOT responsible for updating your computer to prepare it for the installation of this software, as proper computer & Windows maintenance is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Customer must be ready with all account, licensing, and other details required for activation and setup
  • Service may not exceed 45-minutes and "setup assistance" does not imply ongoing warranty assistance with this product.
  • Setup Assistance can only be purchased with the product. If you determine you need it afterward, the minimum support plan available for setup assistance is a VIP Lite.
