Looking up dozens of contacts one by one? Never again.
With List Lookup, you can paste a list of emails, phone numbers, IDs, any field you like, and Act! will instantly pull up all the matching records.
It’s perfect for bounce list cleanup, campaign segments, or even reverse lookups. You can also flip the logic and find everyone not on your list, giving you easy access to clean data groups or untouched contacts.

📝 Append to Field
Ever wanted to update a field without erasing what’s already there?
Append to Field does exactly that. Instead of replacing existing values, this utility adds your new entry — like “Customer” — to the field, preserving what was already there (e.g. “Lead” or “Newsletter Subscriber”).
It’s ideal for stacking values, tagging contacts, or adding new labels mid-campaign — and ensures no data gets lost in the shuffle.

🔄 Oppdater (Opportunities Updater)
Updating Opportunities one at a time is old news.
Oppdater lets you change the Status, Process, and Stage of all Opportunities in your lookup at once.
