Last week we hosted a training session on Act! v22's custom table grouping session. It was exciting for a lot of reasons, not the least of which was I was forced to host it with 5-seconds notice because the original trainer's GoToWebinar crapped out.

Anyway, as part of the webinar we introduced a new add-on called "Group Launcher", which allows users to select a group of contacts to be launched each time they open Act!.
We initially thought to give this add-on away free for attending, but we've decided under these pandemic circumstances to include it free for everyone as part of the updated Keystroke Welcome Kit.

Here's a couple of easy use cases for Group Launcher:

1. Great for people who have a Dynamic Group of customers or prospects to call based on system fields like <Last Call>, <Last Meeting>, etc. You could literally have a group of contacts that populates itself based on how recently you called them
2. Imagine having custom tables for mortgages, insurance policies, support contracts, or what have you, with all of them having renewal dates. Now imagine having the new v22 grouping feature dynamically populate the contacts with renewal dates coming up in the next, say, 60-days. Each time they renew those dates get pushed out, and they dynamically de-populate from this group

Now imagine using the free Group Launcher to load those customers and prospects everytime you load Act!, keeping the people you need to contact in the forefront at all times?
