Keystroke is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of Effective Business Solutions, LLC, of Colorado. Kathleen Vanden Broecke, the owner of EBS and long-time ACC, reached out to us recently to let us know she intended to retire, and discussions quickly evolved from there. Kathleen is a Gold Tier ACC, and she has supported her customers in Act! training, deployments, and customizations for years, and the biggest priority she communicated to us was that we support her customers at the level they're accustomed, and we aim to do so.

Kathleen was also committed to supporting add-ons that enhanced her customers Act! experience, and these included Handheld Contact (which we own), QuoteWerks (which we're an award winning reseller of), and OakeMerge (the developer of which is on the Keystroke Team). Needless to say, we expect her customers transferring to our management to appreciate the smooth transition and familiarity we have with the add-ons they already use. We're also looking forward to introducing them to the wide range of Keystroke add-ons we offer.
