We’re thrilled to announce the formal launch of the Keystroke Contact Manager (KCM). This new, nimble Windows client is the culmination of a year of dedicated effort and is crafted atop the robust Handheld Contact API architecture. KCM is tailored for desktop environments, offering Act! Premium Cloud users the flexibility to manage their data offline. With the Keystroke Account Manager, users can effortlessly synchronize their Contacts, Calendar events, Opportunities, and Notes & Histories between their local workstation and the cloud database. 

Setup is a snap, as installation often takes less than a minute, with initial data downloads taking 10-15 minutes. So, in less time than it takes to drink a coffee, KCM users can have a fully populated offline CRM installed, populated, and ready to use.

With Keystroke Contact Manager, users can:

  • Effortlessly search for contacts using specific fields or keywords, and transform your search results into a permanent “list.”
  • Tailor the columns in the list view to your preference and apply filters directly from the column headers. This feature is compatible with Contacts, Task List, Opportunities, and Groups.
  • Easily access and append notes and history to any Contact or Opportunity.
  • Organize Contacts into distinct groups or lists for better management.
  • Conveniently schedule meetings for multiple contacts and mark off finished tasks.
  • Navigate through five unique calendar styles and easily manage your task list.
  • Streamline your sales process with a manageable pipeline, featuring sortable columns in the list view.
  • Send emails to individual or multiple contacts and automatically log each interaction in the History.
  • Perform batch updates to contacts by assigning a common activity, marking as Favourites, grouping, modifying access rights, composing emails, removing, or even including them in a “list.”
  • Explore many other features designed to enhance your productivity.
