If you are currently hosting your ACT database with Keystroke.ca, please contact us in advance before initiating an upgrade. If you upgrade your subscriber databases without alerting us, you will lose your ability to sync with your master database until the server is updated.

Also, contact the vendor of any 3rd party add-ons you're using with ACT, namely Topline Designer, Handheld Contact, QuoteWerks, Oakmerge, etc. and confirm their compatibility with this latest service pack. Failure to do so could cause an interruption in use of these add-ons.
