Aspentech CRM is a Diamond level Act! partner, and one of the top Act! resellers in North America. Their president, Marshall Knapp, is an excellent business owner, and one I've got to know over the years as we've served several terms together on BPAC - the Act! Executive Committee. So it was no small honour when Marshall approached me in June to discuss outsourcing his technical support needs to us.
Keystroke has over thirty full-time staff, with ten dedicated technical support reps, and five developers, so we're uniquely equipped to handle the support needs of such a larger Act! partner. What's more, our two teams have always worked well together, and Aspentech is a big reseller of our addons, so it made sense for Marshall to consider this kind of support partnership for his customers.

It is important to note that this is a support partnership only, not an acquisition. There will be no changes to these customers' Reseller of Record (ROR), and Aspentech will continue to handle all their Act! licensing needs, including managing their renewals and additional license sales. Keystroke will have no access to Act! portal information for these customers.
