SQLMost users focus on ACT Service Packs and Hot Fixes to improve the performance and compatibility of ACT, when sometimes updating SQL can be just as effective. By default, ACT 2011 was released with SQL2008R2, and the subsequent versions came bundled with SQL2008R2 SP1.

However no version of ACT has included the latest version of SQL2008R2, which is SP2, despite ACT recommending it's use.
