Keystroke had traditionally avoided support contracts, preferring instead to stick with a "pay as you play" relationship with their customers, thinking this produced the fairest, most responsible relationships. However, the Database Diva introduced us to a support contract format that we believe achieves a fair balance between vendor obligations and customer support needs & expectations.


The details of these annual support contracts are as follows:

    • 12 months of unlimited phone and email support (up to 20 minutes per call). Support is defined as help with troubleshooting error messages occurring with installation, upgrades, basic usability and basic functionality.

 

    • More complex questions, repairs, set up or troubleshooting issues may require additional charges if service extends beyond 20-minutes, which shall be billed at $125/Hour.

 

    • Limit one call per day

 

    • Support does NOT cover inquiries about business practices or application training.



Support Contracts are tiered as follows:

    • Keystroke Annual Support Package (1-5) = $499

 

    • Keystroke Annual Support Package (6-10) = $949

 

    • Keystroke Annual Support Plan (11-16) = $1439

 

    • Keystroke Annual Support Package (17-30) = $2249
