google calendarWhile attempting to sync your ACT Calendar, you receive the following error message:

Error: “Unable to access Google calendar. Please log in to Google Calendar at least once before using Google Calendar Synchronization.” when attempting to use Google Calendar Integration"

This issue is caused by an update that Google made to their Application Programming Interface (API) on November 17th, 2014. This change has caused an inability for Act! to connect to Google Accounts properly.

No fix at present.

This does not seem to impact recorded histories, as we've tested this ourselves as late as the day of this posting. No mention of contact synching is made in this Knowledgebase article, only calendar sync..
