After 11 years working to build a team presence in Montreal Quebec to offer a never been seen French offer to Act! customers in North America, Marc joined Keystroke on July 2016.

Marc worked with more than 1000 companies, including the Montreal Canadians hockey team, to help them get more juice of their contacts being a Act! Certified Consultant (ACC) since 2007 and the only French speaking Act! Premier Trainer (APT) in North America.

Marc has been a terrific addition to our team, and has been a wellspring of energy and new ideas. Marc is quite customer centric, and is constantly working to improve the customer experience, and advocate on behalf of the French market.
